Iain is a veteran of the industry with over 10 years of experience working and managing security contracts. In July 2012, he formed Dunedin Facilities Management with the vision that the company would be the standard bearer for professionalism and excellence in the facilities management sector.

Managing Director

In the last few years, Dunedin Facilities Management Ltd. has gone from strength to strength expanding its business horizons across the security and facilities management sector. As the new MD, Allan jumped at the opportunity to help steer the company towards even greater success in the future. He intends to provide strategic direction, enhance overall performance and develop management and front line structures to ensure Dunedin FM’s growth in this most competitive of industries.

John Halliday

John Halliday

General Manager

John retired from the police after over 30 years’ service; he has experience in major investigations and management including performance and office management. During his service, he led teams of officers in a variety of roles, covering everything from uniform to specialist enquiry officers. During that time, John developed a wide range of skills which are now effectively applied here at Dunedin FM.

Angela Macintosh

Angela Macintosh

Human Resources Director

Angela has a wealth experience as a manager within the financial services industry, heading up an innovative E-Commerce Customer Service division. Entering her field as a graduate, Angela excelled in managing, recruiting and developing customer service teams to provide world-class customer service. Her passion for people development and process improvement are key attributes within her current role at Dunedin FM as HR Director.

Gordon Gilhooley

Gordon Gilhooley

Business Development Manager

Gordon has over 25 years experience in the security industry ranging from company ownership to major event management. Career highlights in the past have included strategic involvement in the MTV Europe Music Awards, hosted in Edinburgh, as well as a key licencing role at the Edinburgh Hogmanay Celebrations over five years. A keen supporter of ’Help the Heroes Day’, Gordon has organised various high profile charity events to support and raise funds for that cause. Gordon now spearheads the business development division of our company.

Patryk Kacala

Patryk Kacala

Divisional Manager

Patryk hails from Poland, but has spent much of his adult life studying and working in the UK. He has been involved with the Security industry for over 10 years and has amassed considerable experience across a broad range of disciplines. Presently, Patryk manages Dunedin FM’s ever expanding Security CCTV and Manned Guarding Operations across the nation.

Nichola Morton

Nichola Morton

Divisional Manager

Nicola spent ten years working as a supervisor in the retail industry for Safeway/Morrisons, before starting her own cleaning business and learning about the trade from the ground up. Nichola has now joined forces with Dunedin FM and uses her industry experience to provide an all-encompassing, market-leading, cleaning service.

Campbell Dick

Campbell Dick

Events Safety Officer

Campbell retired as a senior police officer in 2012 after thirty years of service. During his policing career, Campbell was a trained Match Commander, Police Incident Officer and Critical Incident Manager. Campbell is a fully qualified Spectator Safety Manager (Level 4) and a Health and Safety Manager. He is primarily involved in expanding the business in respect of stewarding at football games and other spectator events. He brings a wealth of experience to Dunedin FM, ensuring the company continues to go from strength to strength.

Gabriel ‘Gibby’ Greechan

Gabriel ‘Gibby’ Greechan

Compliance/Training Manager

Gabriel has 24 years of experience in the Security Industry as a Head Door Steward within various licensed premises in Edinburgh’s city centre. His current responsibilities include the training and induction of new and existing Door Supervisors and ensuring that all staff achieve the standards of professionalism expected by Dunedin Facilities Management. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his current post and strives continually to meet the highest standards of service for all clients.
